Medical advice from the B100 Cursa dels Nassos health team

• Plan the race in advance. Measure yourself, especially using the hares that will go at your pace. You must be very aware of your limits and not expose your body to situations of unusual effort.
• It is very important to do a good warm-up with complete muscle stretching.
• The night before the race, have a good dinner, and on the day of the race, have breakfast and eat well in time.
• If it is cold, in the first minutes of the race, it is important to move as much as possible inside your crate.
• You must hydrate frequently: before, during and after the race. Even if you do not feel thirsty, it is very important to drink fluids and maintain good body hydration. If you see that you need it, do not miss the 6 km refreshment point.
• You must wear comfortable, breathable clothing that provides good protection from the cold. The race t-shirt is a good option. Do not wear new clothes and shoes on the day of the race as they can cause skin injuries.
• If you have a health problem we will be there for you, but it is always better to prevent it. Contact the organization staff that you will have on the route, if you do not feel well, relax or walk.

GOOD LUCK AND HAVE A GOOD RACE!!!
