The Ethiopian Ejgayehu Taye, who last year achieved the 5K world record in the Cursa dels Nassos with 14:19, has been on the verge of improving her own feat, achieving the second best record in history in the distance with 14 :twenty-one. 10K: Triumphs for Soler and El Ghazouany

The traditional 10-kilometre test, in which the Barcelona 92 goalkeeper, Antonio Rebollo, has given the starts in waves, has had 10,000 participants.
