COMPETITION BASES – Cursa dels Nassos 2022 on social networks

The Barcelona Esports Institute (hereinafter, IBE) and the Cursa dels Nassos are organizing a competition through social networks in which all users over 16 years old, registered in the different social networks where the contest is held, which in this case will be Instagram, and that they are followers of the IBE, adidas and Cursa dels Nasos profiles.

The contest will be directly related to the Cursa dels Nassos 2022 and in order to promote it, 1 participant who takes part in the online contest will be awarded an adidas boot for a boy and some for a girl.

The competition will consist of:

- Be a follower of the Esports BCN profile, Cursa dels Nassos and adidas on Instagram.
- Participate in the competition by mentioning a friend with whom the user would like to run the race. The mentioned profile must also be a follower of the three profiles.

For this purpose, the bases that will regulate this competition are drawn up.

The competition, which is organized by the IBE, with CIF Q-0801296 E.

2.- How to participate?

Between December 2 and 11, BCN Esports, through the Instagram social network, invites its followers to follow the instructions specified in the publications that spread the draw. To participate in the draw it is essential and mandatory:

On Instagram: be a follower of @bcnesports, @adidas_es and @cursanassos, and mention a real profile of a friend. The mentioned profile must also be a follower of BCN Esports and the Cursa dels Nassos.

3.- Competition period

Start date: December 2, 2022, at 12:00 p.m.
End date: December 11, 2022, at 11:59 p.m.
The draw will take place on December 12, 2022.

4.- Who can participate?

Participation in the competition is free and all Instagram users who are over 16 years of age, who so wish and who have a real profile on one of these social networks can enter, provided that their participation comply with the rules established by these rules of the competition promoted by the IBE and the Race of the Noses, and that they are followers of the profiles of @bcnesports, @adidas_es and @cursanassos in the corresponding social network.

5.- Mechanics of the draw

A draw will be held using a digital and secure online tool (www.randorium.com/es) to decide 1 winner completely randomly among all the participants.

6.- Communication

Once the winner is known, we will contact him/her to have the identification data and specify the date to collect the prize.

The winner will be announced on the social network where they participated (Instagram).

The IBE will contact the winner through the messaging services of the social networks in which they have participated. The winner must confirm to the IBE, by means of a response by message and by identifying himself with his ID, his wish to obtain the prize.

The prize may be considered deserted in the event that the selected person does not meet the requirements or does not confirm his will to receive the prize or renounces it, or if he does not prove his identity and compliance with the other conditions. The winner has 24 hours to respond, once we have contacted him/her. Otherwise, the draw will be held again and a new winner will be contacted.

7.- Prizes

The IBE and the Cursa dels Nassos will reward 1 participant with adidas booties for boys and girls.

The winner may renounce the prize won but in no case exchange it for a different one or for its cash amount.

8. Reservations and limitations

The data must be provided by the participant truthfully. Any false communication of personal data will give the organizers of this COMPETITION the right to disqualify the winner and that he/she cannot dispose of the corresponding prize. The IBE and the Race of the Noses are exempt from any responsibility in the event of an error in the capture or transcription of the data provided by the participants themselves that prevents their identification.

The IBE and the Cursa dels Nassos may ask the awardees for identification by means of a photocopy of their ID or other valid documentation to verify their identity.

On the one hand, the IBE and the Cursa dels Nassos reserve the right to disqualify any participation that does not meet the following requirements. On the other hand, the participants affirm and guarantee, with regard to each message they send, that they do not show the following:

- threatening, false, misinterpreted, abusive, defamatory, vulgar, obscene and/or scandalous content.
- contents that violate people's rights to privacy or publicity
- contents that include third-party trademarks.

Participation in the DRAW implies acceptance of these Rules, as well as express acceptance of the decisions
